Mad Kane Haiku

MAD Kane says: Now, of course, it’s your turn. Your assignment, should you choose to accept it, is to write a limerick or haiku (or both) about temper.

You really have a gift for this. The final line is so effective - 'the red gush of anger' and the blood that comes along with it. I would love to be able to write with such precision.

So powerful and visual! Amazing how so few words say it all! Great job!

I agree with Selma. And that final line is truly a gem.

Thanks for being a regular participant in my poetry prompts!

Wow...I agree, you have a gift! I, too, was moved by the final line. The beauty of poetry, to say so much with so few words...

Your fractals are always so descriptive too!

This is great. Love how the strong image of blood comes out without you mentioning the word. And, your fractal only heightens your poem.

Also, I have some really good news for you today. You are the winner of the giveaway at Poefusion. I couldn't find an e-mail address listed on your profile so, if you don't mind could you send me your mailing address to my e-mail? When I receive your address I will send out your prizes.
