Poem and Fractal for 3 Word Wednesday

ThomG, moderator of 3Word Wednesday, offers the following words for prompt: qualify, jinx, capture

Midway Arcade

croning faster than light
from a Pac-Man curse
she streaks through tunnels
captures dots and jinxed rogues

harvests strawberries
to qualify for an extra life
while karma
swings his joystick in the dark

Image is a fractal created in Apophysis, resized in Irfanview.

I think this is my favorite of yours thus far. Really made me smile...

This one was so clever...loved it! Every line was wonderful on its own, but I especially loved "she streaks in jinxed tunnels, captures dots and rogues". Beautiful image, too!

The image is awesome, the hues and colors are amazing... I love the lines accompanying it. Karma does indeed swing the joystick all around, doesn't he?:)

This was sooooo cool! What a vivid imagination. Wow. What a way to use those words in such a small space!

I can't decide if this is simply an observation of Ms. Pac-Man, or wholly metaphorical. Or both.

What I do know for sure is that I love the word choices and the simple aesthetic of the sounds and flow. It's a good one, all right.

I enjoyed this very much...ha. Good description of Pacman, AND good metaphor if you ask me. Love it.

I liked this! I was never a big video game player, but it brought back a memory of a long-ago summer. Such a fun little poem!
