Fractal Color and Linear Poem
Linear
desire flat-lines
in that aspen glade
under a carpet of meadow rue
socks of cobweb
sweeping leaves
sparkle through the day
at dusk, voodoo whispers
tomorrow's name again and again
until frail magic casts off the veil

Nice... image & poem. Very Zen-like. Or Pop Art. Geometric, bright colours, stark. I like your work, thanks for posting links at Twitter.
Wow, this is gorgeous! I especially love the firwt stanza! and that "socks of cobwebs" is great, too!
I get a sense of animism in this. Very mystical - great words.
oh, this is so nice - so glad you tweeted the link! voodoo whispers is very evocative - great images and the sound of aspens - beautiful!
Lovely stuff, my Nicola's got a cat called Cobweb, so that line threw me a bit, like the bit about the voodoo whispers.
Oh my gosh, so beautiful...your imagery is always so powerful! I'm glad you reposted this one...thank you!
enjoyed reading it :)
Such good lines. Awesome, I say!
Small sperms
of ideas
swam toward
blank eggs
then died.
