oooh, I like being the first to get here and see your wonderful verses. The first one makes me think of Jupiter, with all its glowing clouds of gold and the big red spot like a jeweled pin on "blueberry" velvet. And the second one- what a great way to describe the fallen leaves!
A great image of autumn in the second. Excellent.
I love those fractals. Beautiful.
Beautiful tribute to autumn :)
beautifully written ..
both are wonderful
both are my reality
but then again we live somewhat near
if you ever head my way
I would love to see you ~
Very nice! I don't know which I like better, the idea of a blueberry sky, or frost rimed charms beneath a tree! I'll take them both I think!
Colourful images. I like them both.
lovely haiku and amazing fractal!

Great fractal art. And your verse too.

Beautiful image!
I bought a telescope this weekend at a yard sale. $25!! And the first planet I looked for and spied was Jupiter. I'd looked at it in it's full glory early in August at the local observatory, but to stand on my sidewalk and look at that lovely thing. Boy that was something!
Thanks for this--as ever--
Oh boy, I do like these a lot. That top one with the Jupiter jewel so clearly before my eye is wonderful.
Hi Sue, I too like both. Since the first is cheerful it will be my fave. For me the second has more easy to visualize (even for me, a visuallizing challenged person) imaging.
I also like the picture. I am thinking it is water color. It could be from acrylics. ???

Hi There,
It's great to be back in blogland and reading all of you creative spirits. Congrats on the books! :)
In this current poem I love the phrases "blueberry sky" and "frost rimmed charms"
Adore the poems. Adore the fractal. Bliss, all.
I love your second haiku in particular (that keeps happening, I mean re: the second one...) and the artwork, simply stunning.
Hugs, G
PS: I read your comment at Sue's re: your parents, I can so relate. :<(More hugs...
nice images!
these haiku are really good. i think that first one is my favorite though. love the inner workings of your mind. hope all is well.
I love the word choices, Sue. Blueberry sky and Fall's fractals, and the way you described the leaves; brilliant!
