Baby's Plea

I don't wanna grin
quit cooing in my face
lay me down, walk away
I'll stretch, nap awhile
it's too hot to bear your heat
voices loud, colors strong
milk's too warm, dog sheds hair
lay me down, walk away
I need some space, a little air

I just walked into my PC room to check my email and I saw you'd signed in. I look forward to your posts every week.

The poem is so cute. I bet a lot of babies would say that if they could talk.

Shoot.. I think some adults would, too. :)

I felt like I had crawled into the mind of a baby!

Fabulous, I can truly believe babies must think this all the time.

Interesting perspective! I bet this is exactly how we think as wee ones :)

Thank you for the complement on my blog background. I made it using Tierazon a free fractal program.

That is a great poem --- I wonder how many times a baby has felt that way --- Well done.
