Mars and Venus for Sunday Whirl #80

Thanks, Brenda, for the Wordle prompt.

far across the sky
women linked
by a single thread

and bound by wary wiles
powered shifts within the we
against splits with men

damaged along the way
curses and blathers on
that single thread is cut

Yes, women and men are as different as chalk and cheese.
Great poem.

With the cutting of thread can hand be held? Would be nice to work together if we could :)

Thanks for your visit. Cheers.

Am currently watching an Australian television series titled "McLeod's Daughters". Every episode strongly reflects what you have written. I think I am addicted to it because I harbor a deep ongoing wish to see that thread refashioned in a new way. Beautiful write,
