F for ABC Wednesday

A frog from the flip side. This little hopper was creeping up the window glass with his tongue primed for a flittering tiny moth loitering in the sash corner. Frog's journey was a step forward followed by two slips back. The fearless moth fluttered on.

I'm sure there was an ending, but I didn't see it. Do you have one in mind?

In Australia, where my daughter lives, there are tree frogs and they are also in her house. They are useful for they eat cockroaches!

Froggie is a homeless and hungary creature like so many destitutes!

Froggie fought for freedom. Ignored moth and went back to pond, lounging on a lily pad for an hour or so.

THE END.

Sweet little frog, sweet little post for ABC. I'm afraid mine is heavy:

I have a picture in my head of the moth banging on the glass from one side to get to the light and the frog trying to push his tongue through the glass to get to the moth.

Great start to the story and perfect for F. No thoughts for a finish spring to my mind.

The moth lived to see another day, great photo, reminded me of the Michael O'Bren haiku -
"The Origin of Haiku
for Basho
The little frog lost his footing".

I was trying to remember where I kept hearing about fractals. I watched a program on PBS TV tonight just because of you. I know a lot more now about fractals than I did a couple of hours ago. Fascinating subject but one I will have to study a little more to totally grasp. I don't have a mathematical mind, so even though I know now what they are and can give examples, I"m not sure why they are so important or what they can be used for or are they just a way of defining our world more exactly. Certainly speaks of intelligence and Great Designer to me. Thanks for leading me to this info.

It's always interesting to see the underside of a creature. Little frog had to work hard for its supper and maybe went hungry anyway!

Hope he got the moth after all that work!
