Sue,
A spring smorgasbord to delight all the senses!
I went to Arizona for the first time last year and I was smitten.

Very pertaining to the senses! Loved it!
We regularly get starlings and grackles in our gutters, foraging away. Thanks for the spring image; we need it here in Ontario, where we're still covered in snow!

those are very poetic words..."spring gutter...
Both haiku and poem are delightful. I love the bright and lively colors of the first stanza contrasted with the conquistador's bones!
It's colourful, it's curious!
I'm hungry now :)
Very nice. Loved them both!
Love the visual of the Camelback hump crawling! Great personification! Yummy poem!
love the spring smorgasbord. brings to mind a celebration of colors :)
it brought back memories of the soutwest, where i hope to move to before this year is out. thanks you so much for your comment on my
s.s piece; this is the first time i have ever shown my writing to anyone. it encourages me to keep going!
hugs to you :)
Lovely! Lyrical and discriptive.
I wish that I could write poetry like that. But, I wouldn't know where to start. I like how the haiku makes me think of Spring. Thanks for stopping by and reading mine. I decided to get back to doing my writing prompts.
Decidedly edible!!!
Bright! I'm in the mood for a colorful salad!
Very inviting, I can smell the cucumbers.
Hugs Giggles
Delightful as ever!
gazpacho doesn't like to work in my mouth!
Regardless, good work!
(It's not my fault I can't speak :P.)

I LOVE "In Scottsdale Shadows." What a mastery of sound, precision, and compression. I'm jealous :)
Beautiful! You are such a talent. Loved them both!
And thank you for your kind comment on my fabric smorgasbord. ;o)
You made me hungry with the second one!
I love scabrous stones crumble...
