V for ABC Wednesday

ABC WEDNESDAY ROUND 6: V is for

Vegetables

Vivers in shades of ripe and ready.
Victuals straight from the plant.
I'm dancing with anticipation.
The viridity of being!
Last year's photo gives rise to this year's yearn.

Digital photo.

Bravissimo! How fun your "V" turned out to be! Or should I say delicious?! I think I will go now to clean a small bunch o' carrots and eat them in your honor!

Very nice prose indeed! The Veggie plate looks yummy. I think it's all the red and yellow that gets my appetite up and running!

Oh they look good! Couldn't handle the pepper these days if that's what it is (the black speckles) though I used to love it. I really love that beautiful white and pale lavender painting! Magnificent.

Ooh that looks yummy - I do like my veg, especially when they are straight from garden to cook pot. :)

I was thinking of doing vegetables for my V posting. But since it has been raining so much, my veggies are still in hiding. Great post!!!

Thanks so much for your contribution - we have certainly become aware of the benefits of home produced veg of late haven't we? I love vegetables!

I try to visit as many contributors as possible each week but sometimes I just dont manage it, but we have a great ABC team and between us we see that everybody gets a comment. We are coming to the end of the current round and plans are in store for the next round, I do hope you will be part of the fun! If you would like to be part of the team just drop me an e-mail :-
