ThomG, moderator of Three Word Wednesday offers the following words for today's prompt: earnest, reactive, layer. Follow the links to play along or to read what others wrote.
As soon as the grenade exploded in the henhouse, Earnest knew he'd been totally reactive. Red Mollie had always been his best layer.
The fractal was created in the Mandala program.

The first to use Earnest as a fist name. Well-crafted n such a short read.
Phew, and I love the way you use the word layer too!
Dig the fractal!!
Very creative to use earnest as name! I love the fractal, too :)
Oh, that was perfect! Really thinking outside the hen hutch.
I kept looking for earnest. lol Well done!
i am surely missing something..
Red Mollie?
Hee-hee! I'm sure also sure I don't get the full meaning but I do get the fun in it. I like the fractal very much.
Wow. This is a wonderful read.
Very clever. Another brilliant fractal. Love the colours.
Very clever to use "Earnest" as a formal name. Loved this!
Did the fractal inspire the "grenade in the henhouse" image? They certainly go together. This cracks me up. Maybe it's just the idea of a grenade in a henhouse. Unless of course it's wartime. My first impression was that the fox had gotten in one too many times, and Earnest was using iron fist diplomacy to deal with it.
Truly creative! I laughed my A.. of at this one.
Ok, why did someone throw a grenade into a henhouse...lol. I liked it!
