'Hiding from voyeurs'. Yes, that is a real need for some who wear a veil. And we are all voyeurs... a comment on my own Magpie too, in that case looking in at insanity. Thanks for the visit.
Because of the title, I read this forwards, backwards, sideways, outside to inside, inside to outside, right to left, left to right, and completely at random.
This, I dig. The layout is striking and fortifies the meaning. Outside in, daylight to night, a life, vibrant to dull, blossoming to withering, hope born of innocence dying to the pain of living… Well, that’s the joy I got from it, anyway : )
I literally can't move past the image of the cobalt bleeding. It is so beautiful. I am enchanted by it. I can see it in my mind's eye. You have given me a gift today with that image. Thank you.

I like it, especially "holds tight the wistful vision."
Very interesting structure. Took me a minute to follow it. Lovely poem, and yet another unique look at the picture.
Great imagery in your poems!

Sublime. I love the way you used those one-word lines.
I like it, so short and so profound
a painter's reflections on the picture. i love the structure as the single word can either be with the line before it or the line after. inventive.
Love how one stand alone word unwraps into imagery! Beautiful!

I love the structure of this and the image of the light bleeding into the double dark is beautiful.
Wonderfully visual without the photo. With the photo quite haunting.
I love the way you structured this--it is like having two poems in one."Veiled inner sight"-can relate to that. Wonderful, thank you.
my favourite line "bleeds the double dark hem"....great magpie..bkm
Dear Tumblewords: Brilliant! Wonderful Tumble in the words. Absolutely Perfect! Structure superlative. Excellent way you have with words, my dear!
Love this! It feels like words tumbling out of my mouth but it all makes perfect sense. Well Done!
This is breathtaking, the form and the words.
Amazing form, and quite mesmerizing.
The structure of this piece is intriguing. It works well, though I'm not totally sure why.
Amazing! I just love the tight and disciplined structure.
