Symphony for Magpie Tales

Magpie Tales #48   Each week, Willow offers an enigmatic image to draw out words.

Symphony

sweet measured spirits
breathe solo chords
beyond the face of stone

soaring notes
climb to calm the chaos
of that newest world

with a sprightly dance
they turn around,
return to the old abode

beyond the face of stone
solo chords breathe out
welcoming spirits home

Image by Willow.
Loosely adapted from "Largo".

Not easy turning the effect of music into words. This is a noble attempt.
