Sue, where do the crows go when it storms? Are they like chickens and sit with their backs to the violent wet winds? Then they could be wet crows like the proverbial wet chicken. For me your fractual is exceptional this week.
Sorry I'm so late in getting back here, my week was very busy and hectic. ..

Great thought - the storm IS the shelter - brilliant image.
I love what you did with this prompt - for the image as well as the poem. (and I love summer storms as well). Have a great week!
Crows find safety. Sometimes it's hard to believe they actually need it. Great poem.
even in people, we look for refuge in inclement weather...beautiful Sue!!!
By the way Sue, it's my prompt suggestion this week at Haiku Heights and the word is *metamorphosis*...:)
ohhhh that is a surreal fractar and makes a powerful statement...
Very natural.. why crows.. even we do it..hiding deep inside in our own darkened spaces.. when storms arise..
well the crows may find a storm a place of safety but as for me i'm going to wait it out in my house. great haiku. have a great day.
wonderful image inspired by your words, both your art and the one in my head. Thanks!
The words are so colorful and creative. The abstract photo is beautiful as well. Simply lovely.
interesting thought !!
They're very wise. So few words, but vibrant.

Sue this is great. An unusual take of the idea of a cocoon. Lovely imagery.
