Trust for Sunday Scribblings

ounce of trust
speeds on tiny wings
hummingbird

***

hawks rotate
dive a down spiral
...lomcevak

***

warm spring
validates
tulip trust

***

his betrayal
pricks an orb of trust
her sun darkens

***

newborn trust
not a dram of fear
...turns cynic

***

Sunday Scribblings offers trust as the weekly prompt.

The image is a fractal created in Fractal Explorer.

The third Haiku does it for me - and the image.

To be able to distill such meaning into so few words must require a very special talent--and you certainly possess that talent!

Exquisite writing.

This is the first time I have ever seen the word lomcevak in a poem. I don't even think Czechs can manage that. Well done.

A five-act play on trust: apparently simple, but strong stuff, sends the heart reeling... lomcevak.

Great Haiku! This is one writing media I have never mastered, but you've done an excellent job!

These are beautiful, all. I'm with with nairobi on my favorite: her sun darkens: gorgeous.

Trust—so easy for nature, so terribly hard for the human brain—maddening! : )

You've managed to cover it all! Especially enjoyed "his betrayal
pricks an orb of trust
her sun darkens"
Beautiful, yet sad visual!

newborn trust ... turns cynic --- all too true, but oh so sad - where have all the flowers gone, long time passing???

You're the third OSI person I've seen participating in Sunday Scribblings, looks like an interesting meme. I particularly like the first verse, about the hummingbird.

I like the haiku about the hawk. I also like the art you post.
