Down From Under, a watercolor loosely based on a photo my grandkids took with a single-use underwater camera, was first used as a book cover and later placed as a postcard package on Cafe Press.
It never fails to create a giggle - I can hear those kids laughing when they surfaced and saw the ducks waiting for more bread crumbs and say cheese moments!
Thank you ABC Wednesday for this Delightful meme, full of fun, energy and a multitude of wonderful bloggers. Denise also asks, 'Do you have a particular event from your childhood which you look back on and laugh about?' (This is not so much from MY childhood, but I take a giggle where I find it!)

Delightful. Love your artistry and sense of humor.
Lovely watercolours! I first thought you meant Down Under ( Australia) but then I saw that you meant down under water. Ducks are always drawing the attention. They are lovely creatures. Thank you for your visit!
Yep, gave me the giggles too. Lovely soft feathery plump duckbottoms. A sight seldom seen from this angle. Enjoyed that. Thanks.
Funny and cute D-post :)

This is wonderful! What fun looking at the ducks from under the water. ;-)
Lovely watercolor! The perspective is certainly original, and aqua is one of my favorite colors.
This is a giggle for sure. Love it! At a campsite we stayed at yearly there was a friendly bird. It would land on people and let you pat and feed it. I had just washed my hair at the showers, set it,and brushed it out, keep in mind it was the 60's. That darn bird pooped on my head while sitting there! haha Still brings a giggle!

Thanks for visiting one of my blogs! You mentioned spending half the year in the desert and half in the mountains...my cousin, Valerie, does just that! Winters down in the desert, summers up in the mountains and tall pine trees! She also trains ONE of my horses every summer so that they are rideable! She has the best of both worlds!
A delightful image; love your work.
