Zzzz
My new-found zest for exercise is zany! The shiny new Wii begs to be played.
Yesterday I bowled to the applause of a virtual audience and was later asked to concede in a practice golf game when my swings numbered ten and the ball was nowhere near the green.
The fun-filled fitness test indicated that I am four Wii years less than my actual age. I'm dedicated to restoring myself to twenty and no, I'm not saying how many half-centuries that might be.
As soon as my oatmeal settles, I'll wakeboard or cycle on a sunny desert island while the local weather flings snow pellets and frigid wind.
When the balance board arrives by UPS today, I'll practice yoga and balance, stair stepping, biking and other zany, zesty moves. Maybe even Zumba...when I get fitness'd back to before.
Today is another zappy (lively, entertaining) day for Mii. How is yours?

I love it! What a fun post for the Z Day! And you're being SO health conscious!! Good for you! I'm frequently health conscious, just don't always act on it! Of course, I can always blame it on my lousy knees rather than a more honest assessment! Hope you have a great, healthy, Z filled week!!

I cant get our wii away from my wife. She is a Zelda addict.

Well, now, that sounds like a lot of fun - and reducing your age can't be a bad thing at all :-)
Love your youu, I mean wii mii!

Zestfully Zealous and Zany post for Z-day!!
My Z is HERE
I've never used a wii. I really must one day.
Enjoyed your post.
You are so smart to exercising! Wonderful inspiration. :)
What fun that must be! I don't have a Wii but my daughter got her family a new thingamajig that they can interact with and they're having loads of fun with it. I'm so cold today, I'm huddling under a blankie with hot chocolate! I was going to go for a walk, but it's just too frigid for me! lol
You are certainly on the right "track"~
Oh, that dreaded word exerciZe!! I am overcome with guilt, shame, remorse and, yes, dread. Not even a drop of zest for exercise since I developed bad feet.
Sigh.
But an excellent post for Z day, TW.
Thanks, I think.

My Granddaughters love their WII and are really into the dance one right now. I guess we may have to break down and get one ourselves. Need to get moving.
We thought seriously about a wii, but age seems to bring its own exercise challenges just coping with day to day activities, - alas!
good for you. I tried zumba once and thought I was going to die.
What a fun post for the letter Z. I learned something new not being familiar with wii or mii. My nintendo experiences consisted of my making my daughter wait until she was the only person she knew whose parents didn't let her have nintendo. The punch line is that once I let her get it, I was the one who couldn't be dragged away because I had to make it to the next level. By the time it broke, my daughter had long ago lost interest and I went cold turkey determined to never tread that dangerous path again. So I didn't know about these new generations of nintendo products.
Your Wii program sounds fascinating and very diversified. Carry on.
Mine is not so zappy now, for I have got the flu.
You are clever to write a post around these words.
I must admit that wii is like Greek to me, but then, I have been to Greece and not to wee.
My Mii seems to be gathering dust. Great 'Z' post.

Mine isn't even connected yet. Eek! I have a Mii at my aunt's place out in AZ. They taught us Wii on our visit. Still waiting for the techno-genius to get it up and running.
I like all your Z words!
Zumba! That's one I'd like to try. A dancing type exercise doesn't sound like exercise to me and that's the kind I like. I like your enthusiasm. I just put the zest in my step yesterday to get back into shape.
I haven't tried the Wii but so many people sure do enjoy it!
Great post for the week!
Oooh, the Wii!!! You will enjoy it! I do but I often forget to get it out. Of course, when I do, I have a lot of fun, so I should do it more often.
Thanks for the reminder!
