Even though this might be more properly labeled a 'skull', I'm going to name it 'bones' - poetic license and all, you know.
The family boys who hike through the woods generally find parts and pieces of large animals as well as smaller ones.
I chose to post this picture rather than the one I took of moi wearing these bones.

I recall a great expression from my childhood - ``lazybones''. Haven't heard it for years!
Facinating photo to be sure. Would also make for a great monochrome photo. Look at those teeth!
Great photo, - but the one of you wearing the bones would be even more intriguing.....
poor old fella looks as if he could use a drink of water
Battered bones fine by me. Thanks from the team. Very strange item.
That's thinking out of the box for you. A post about bones with teeth :-)
A skull consists of many bones, so you are quite right in calling it bones - and very relevant B to.
Have you seen the Montana state quarter? Looks kinda like that.
I'm also reminded of a song called Dry Bones -"Ezekiel connected them dry bones", based on a scary little segment in the Bible.
I think most things are allowed in the ABC, it`s the fun of it I think ;) Great bones!
i love 'bones' more than skull !! :)
I liked the "poetic and all" :)
The pic too looks interesting. Btw, i can't recognize the animal...
What kinds of bones are they, from what unfortunate beast? A clever and original post. And it produced at least half of grin on my part.
Certainly is bones, for sure! Nothing wrong with a little poetic licence! LOL!
Great B post!
When my boys were little, they used to collect all the bones they could find. We had quite a selection for awhile.
I was given a cow skull once....
I passed it on to my daughter.
It rode in the back of her '68 Cutlass for twelve years.
Now it sits outside of her sliding glass door in Oregon....
Bones and skulls and dragon teeth.
Good B!

Cool - is this a cow bone?
I have to say this is an interesting post for you. What animal is this? Have a great day.
Grandma, what big teeth you have!
