This week's One Single Impression prompt of color comes from My Bellavia.
♥
the color of warm
feels vibrant, vivid and bright
cold feels color free
♥
color of words
filled with tinges and tints
brand buds and birds
♥
And an American Sentence:
Warm is a primary color that blossoms rise on tiptoe to reach.

Isn't is great how we see color in so many places and things? I really enjoyed these!
The watercolor is lovely. Thanks for sharing.
"Warm is a primary color that blossoms rise on tiptoe to reach." - I adore that. It's just wonderful.
I like the first better. You described the color of warm very well. :)
Sue, so very lovely your haiku! Well done! :D
I like that last one-liner
I would happily endure such a wonderful "sentence"! (We've been too long imprisoned in cold.)
I like the interplay of color, feeling, and temperature.

What wonderful words you use to express colour, great!
You've really explored the color of writing so well. That last line has me smiling.
Raven totally stole my line!! It's just divine! I love your American Sentence!
Great descripton of the color of warm. I will remember that.
I am sure you've probably done this a hundred times already, but I like your poetry so much that I've tagged you. You're It.
'the interplay of color, feeling, and temperature' with 'that last one-liner' wherein there's 'color that blossoms rise on tiptoe to reach' is the total story for me..good wishes..

I love the kinesthesia here--warm is indeed a color with so many connotations. Wonderful pieces!
That american sentence is superb, really superb. The others are lovely work too.
Wonderful prose "filled with tinges and tints" is my favorite line. I exudes color images in my head.
Words as projections branding what we see, even the tender buds. What an accurate and interesting idea.
