Z for ABC Wednesday
Zabuton is a flattish Japanese cushion used for comfort while kneeling or sitting.
It's best to have one ready before you crawl under the patio table on hands and knees to insert the umbrella pole into its stand. Concrete is not conducive to knee health. I'm planning to be better prepared next time.
Do you keep a zabuton handy for those times when you're on your knees or when you must sit for a bit on hard surfaces?

Y for ABC Wednesday
yantra - geometrical diagram designed as a meditation aid. This resembles the definition of mandala combined with mantra. At any rate, I can use all the help I can find for getting my mind into a meditational state and away from monkey mind.
yogibogeybox - materials used by a spiritualist. I don't make it up, I just report it. There's not much more fun than words. Those which are rare and encase a giggle are such great finds. Have you ever seen this word?
