I agree with Selma... simple, concise and every image is of a withdrawing, a closing and an ending. That's how I saw her too.

I love that you included the rosy expression of the artwork in your haiku, Tumblewords. Endings always hold a soft sort of sadness. Thank you for sharing this fabulous work. =D

This verse is very evocative; now how about a short story... what happened?
It reminds me of the stamps I bought at the PO the other day of poets.
