Beautiful visual and perfect haiku (s?).
These are beautiful. The seashell haiku resonates with me most especially. The other is less familiar and has me thinking. Thanks for that!
Omg that photo is awesome!! Reminds me of a mandala and the haiku are wonderful!!
Okay, the sounds alone are lovely to me.
lovely!
how did that respectable gold nugget come to be in a place like that, I ask?
Thanks, Tumbleword!
Loved those. Serendipity in the raw.
Very, very cool
You demonstrate that the micro moment is the heart of our prompt this week. That last one is gold.
your words remind me that serendipity is found in the memories as well as the actual experiences
..beautiful..many thanks..
These were wonderful! The dish of sea shells is quite familiar to me, both from childhood memories as well as the present. My parents moved in with me a few years ago. My Mother has many sea shells and jars and jars of sea glass she has collected over the many miles and many years of walking the beach with my Dad - each one a memory of love, and more precious than gold.
I really love this second one!
Okay, you made me get out my dictionary and look up "nadir". What an excellent word and absolutely necessary to understand the poem. Now I love it!
